Another great photo shot and edited by wonderful

(Check out her photos, she's doing such a wonderful job!)
Thank you so much for the wonderful day (Wie war das? Viel zu nette Softair-Spieler und verkaufsoffener Sonntag bei Möbel Erbe xD?)!!!
So at first I didn't really want to upload it because my face... It's really not the best expression to make on a photo but the setting and the editing is so wonderful - I couldn't not upload it.
The setting was an old abandoned department store that had sold furniture in the past. It was perfect. Almost everything was shattered into pieces. bricks, pavement, glass - it was perfect. And though it was really cold in November last year... it was worth everything!!!
Btw. have you ever wondered what my bullets were made of? Yes, they're tampons. Just sprayed them golden. Which was more fun than it should have been haha. The look in people's faces when I tell them is priceless.
I also have a second ammunition belt and a second (and a third and a fourth and in fact quite a little collection of) SAA(s) but somehow I was never really satisfied with the way it looked (because excuse me I am only 167 cm tall... I looked too bulky with everything on me).

Also, the fact you used tampons is hilarious! But also makes a lot of sense c:
It made sense the moment I grabbed into a box of tampons to put some of them in my handbag... and while grabbing... I was thinking "Wait a moment... almost feels like grabbing into a box full of bullets....". They had the righht size and shape to make the belt look good. Although I wouldn't really recommend that method as the paint peels off - I always have to repaint them before putting the belt on.
It's expensive. 2 boxes of tampons were cheaper than a box with 20 replica bullets - and the size didn't really >look< good. And I was to lazy to make 80 bullets from clay or fimo or anything like that, so...
It was easy.
Cheap.
Funny.
And I think it looks pretty okay. (I have quite some female hips, so 40 original-siued bullets would've looked like tiny little stumpies....)
I will stop talking about the length of bullets and tampons now
I was trying to make some out fo wooden dowels but they are just such a pain... you have to sand all fo the ends into round tips, and I currently only have access to my own hands and a sheet of sandpaper... not exactly the easier way to get nive even bullet-shaped tips! I may end up getting replica ammunition if it's not too expensive around here, I haven't been able to look into prices juuuust yet.
It is not difficult to get your hands on replicas. My SAAs are two Replicas I bought in a shop in Germany. Still I would never consider to buy a real weapon or real ammo though, even if it is dysfunctional or deactivated (especially when there clearly is a chance of getting replicas or making it myself). And I think... as the SAA had been used in the U.S. Army but not really in the Bundeswehr (or Wehrmacht or Germa army before)... it would indeed be a little bit difficult to get the 'real' projectiles I think?
Anyway I never bothered thinking about it anyway as the solution was staring at me in my bathroom the other day
I do have some replica bullets though. But they are just too small with 3 cms (the case length of a 45. caliber is sth around 3cm)
The overall length of a 45.Caliber Colt is about 4,5 cm long which... is exactly the same length as an ordinary o.b. ... so I figured it was easier to just spraypaint some tampons instead of researching on the net for hours and paying a lot of money for 80 bullets...
(But seriously though... spraypainting those things was fun but I also ran into quite some problems so I really wouldn't recommend it.)
Amazing!!!
Thanks!
